We have chosen to publish no testimonial here until our verified review collection process is up and running. An invented or edited review would help nobody choose a broker — and would amount to a misleading commercial practice.
This page describes the method we apply as soon as a review is published: who may leave a review, how it is checked, and how it is displayed.
The invitation to leave a review is sent to people whose file we have handled. No review is solicited in exchange for any consideration.
For a review to count as verified, we must check that its author genuinely used our services, by matching it against the corresponding file.
Reviews are published without consideration and without favourable sorting: negative reviews are displayed like the others, with their date.
Article L.111-7-2 of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation) requires any site publishing consumer reviews to state whether or not those reviews are subject to a check and, where applicable, to specify how. As at the date this page went online, no review is published on this site: there is therefore no check to describe beyond the method announced above.
As soon as the first reviews are published, the following information will be displayed immediately next to them:
Publishing fake reviews, or attributing to a review an origin or a verification it does not have, amounts to a misleading commercial practice within the meaning of articles L.121-2 and L.121-4 of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation). We rule out that practice.
Your feedback, positive or negative, helps us improve. Write to us from the contact page, or directly to contact@votrecreditrapide.com.
Unhappy with something? Our complaints procedure and the contact details of the médiateur de la consommation (the French consumer ombudsman) appear in our legal notice.
Rather than relying on testimonials, put our service to the test: the assessment of your file is free and without obligation.
